Can you do a glute ham raise exercise on this machine?
Hi, it would be difficult to do that exercise on that unit because of the positioning of the unit.

What’s the difference between this and where you’re cantilevered horizontally?
I am not sure but from the difference in the geometry, I think that the horizontal cantilever would be more difficult.
Do the rollers need to be tightened and loosened for storing away?
No, it stores very easily. Highly recommend this one… a great design for the price.
Is it possible to do inverted rows with the dip bars on this hyperextension machine?
It all depends on how long your arms are. I’m 5”8’ with average-length arms, and I cannot get a full extension doing an inverted row. If you’re shorter than me with short alligator arms, then most likely you could get full extension. Btw I’m sure you realize that inverted rows are not this machine’s intended purpose. Know what this machine is awesome at? You guessed it, hyperextension.
How far apart are the dip handles?
I wouldn’t try to use this for dips. The handles are for your hands when you’re leaning over to do the backlift. I don’t think you could dip well on it without hitting the ground.
Will this stand up vertically on its own/unsupported when folded? Or do you have to lean it up against a wall?
The unit folds flat for easy storage. It will not stand on its own but you can lean it against the wall or place it underneath furniture as needed.
