I’m not certain, but I wouldn’t see why not. There isn’t anything sharp attached to it and it’s compact enough to fit in a small carry-on.

Is the machine supposed to be hot while used? I turned it on just to see if it worked and it started to get hot, even the air was coming out warm.
Did you have it on for a second while without turning it off? I used it to blow about 100 balloons and it didn’t get hot. But I did let it rest from time to time.
How long does it last
I blew up balloons on August 5th, 2020 and 1 is still inflated. I popped the rest and left this one to see how long it would last. I’m sure it depends on the quality of the balloons, though.
Will this pump work with balloons used for twisting balloon animals?
This pump will NOT inflate a 260 (standard balloon animal size) or smaller.
Can you use this for letter balloons?
Yes, but remember that it’s not helium gas, it will fill up and look beautiful, but it won’t go up.
Do you need helium to make an arch? Can I blow up over 100 balloons with this?
No helium is needed to make an arch. The balloons are tied to a frame. And yes you can blow up over 100 balloons. May need to give it a short rest to cool down after about 50 though.
